BIN SAFDAR Travel & Tours provides travel inquiry and booking assistance for flights, Umrah, tours, hotels, visa services and travel insurance. This website lets you send a request. It does not complete bookings or take payments.

Sending a request does not create a booking. We reply with options and quotes based on the details you provide. A quote is an estimate at the time it is given and is not confirmed until we tell you a booking has been confirmed.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and the visas, permits and health documents required for your trip. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or authority. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted or the time it will take.

Umrah arrangements are subject to the rules and requirements of the Saudi authorities, which can change. Hajj arrangements from Pakistan follow the policy announced by the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Information on our Hajj page is provided for general guidance only. Please make sure the details you give us are accurate and complete, including the names exactly as they appear on passports. Errors can lead to extra costs or refused travel.

Changes and cancellations after a booking is confirmed are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and by the supplier’s own rules.
